OK this was a tough one! It's a problem in the file server. Happens any time an "old" extended keyed file (ie before there were multi-keys) is truncated. The DocMgr file was truncated when you deleted all the jobs. Expect a fix in the 5.11 version of the file server, planned for early 2006.
