Testing Comet Anywhere

I want to run Comet Anywhere locally so I can test my code.
I seem to remember that I was able to be both the host and the remote using 127.0.0.1 as the IP address. I can't seem to do that now.
Besides 127.0.0.1 is occupied as the address of the CFAM server (I think).
Can I do this? How do I do this?
