I normally wouldn't recommend editing the .d00 directly. If you need to make a change, use DbMgr. The [-Commands] section contains the commands required to generate an Excel spreadsheet for all fields defined for the file without having to create a View in ViewMgr. These are executed if you click the "Excel View" button in DbMgr.
