Yes, I see what you mean about the column headings for the secondary file not being included when using PRINT. I'll check that out.

You are correct in guessing that TOTAL and BREAK were expected to be features of the target application, such as Crystal Reports or Excel. If you're not interested in exporting your View and just want to print it, the Comet 2005 Reporter uses the .d00 definitions and supports extended keyed files. The spec files are text files with a .ibr extension, but the Reporter spec language is the same. You could use TOTAL and BREAK with that. The link below will give you all the details.

Not sure about your sorting question. You are saying that Excel wouldn't allow you to do a sort? I'm not an Excel expert. Heck, I'm not even an Excel novice! Perhaps someone else with experience with this can help answer this one.
