First, be sure you're running version 5.08 or higher. Also there is a display bug that doesn't include the CA 2006 licenses in the count on the main screen, when in fact they are there. To see for sure, click on "View", then "In Use". That will correctly show you all the products for which you are licensed.
The display bug will be fixed in a release planned for later this week.
