I would think that you want to use the type '?' (aka ASK) printer which is like a type 'W' but with a Select Windows' Printer Dialog.
Mine are configured like this:
Printer = LPA,W ,N,,?,,; Ask for Windows Printer
Printer = LPW,W ,N,,#,,; Directly to Default Windows Printer
I've made some experiments with it and I like the results. I don't recall if I ever used the '?:RAW' option.. would be interesting to try.
