Comet 2005 and SBS 2003 SP1

I am currently running Comet 2005 on Windows 2003 Small Business Server. I want to install Service Pack 1. Are there any known issues with SP1 and Comet? Or has anyone had problems running Comet on a SBS 2003 SP1 box?
