Urgent: Comet security server shut down (and it wont get up!)

Our Comet security server shut down on our file server about an hour ago. No matter what I do, I cannot get this up and running again. We reinstalled the latest vesion, and then an older version of the comet server products, with no luck. Can anyone help me out here? Both our locations are down, and it's starting to get critical. Thanks!
