the only way i've been able to get it to work in cometanywhere is to leave the # printer as a W type printer and change the printer settings for the cometanywhere to print to the pdf printer in the printer folder. However, I use adobe acrobat not pdfFactory. I just figured that the cometanywhere condition for pdf printing was too confusing to comet.
