The problem with #2 is again related to a "funny" character in the filename. The "+" is not a valid character for a Windows file. Comet translates this to you (I'm assuming you're using the default of "Q"). The translated name is stored in the qdir. The filename you enter into DosCopy is not translated before use. Since "Q" has a hex value that's greater than "+", when it tests to see if it's done with the range of files, it mistakenly thinks it is.
