Jim - the getsigw.exe is the program that is located on the local machine in the c:\twain1 folder that activates the signature capture machine. the 753680.bmp is the name of the file that the getsigw.exe will assign to the signature that is captured by the machine (fyi it is the invoice number + .bmp). This file is stored on the same folder as the getsigw.exe program. I will try you suggestion and advise results. I am also going to try launching a couple of other programs and see what I get.
