pdfFactory no big deal, it's free. Adobe is expensive, so you get around to it later. Finally bought it to see how it runs and what I can do with it and how far I can stretch the envelope. As soon as I demo it, clients
will ask tons of questions and got to have the answers. For now, figured out how to get around dialog boxes on Win/2003 Server, so CA clients can
now use Adobe printers. Last two hurdles, output to Document Manager via
Adobe printer doesn't work on my system, just skips it entirely. Other hurdle is that Adobe printer is slow, print job appears to be complete but program just sits on the close (I think) for a minute or so...
Got Document Manager to work for TEXT, HTML and pdfFactory output. This looks good... Now for Adobe to work...
