install of comet2006workstation369.exe

During the install of comet 2006 using "comet2006workstation369.exe", the message "Not enough disk space" appears. The system has over 50GB of space. Why is that coming up? Is this a release problem or a problem caused by incorrect installation? Either way, what should be done?
