Windows Defender is the follow-up anti-spyware/anti-virus software to Microsoft's Anti-spyware. So far, both are free. Installed Defender to check it out and everything seems to work ok, however it breaks Comet's
installation wizard. It just sits there and does nothing. A work around is to use MSCONFIG, go to the STARTUP and SERVICES tabs and temporarily
block out defender, reboot, install Comet using wizard, back to MSCONFIG
and re-activate Defender with another reboot... OUCH!!
