Does anyone know what I do that gets CometAnywhere sessions back into Qmonitor ?
I run a whole mes of updsates overnite at the branches via CA, usually it all works fine but occasionally the audit trail that it is supposed to finish with, isn't there and we can't get back in. I go in via pcAnywhere and rthe session is sitting at Qmonitor. My feeling is that I have had some sort of error in one of the updates that kills, or exits or runs something that it shouldn't. But what, is it possible to go into qmonitor on a CA partition. ?
