XAP PROBLEM

I am trying to implement the free version of XAP that came with build 361. I am running build 370 and cometserve 5.08 security and dat base.
Configured GATEWAY = 4,0;

When launching Comet I get the following error message:

"XAP Technology could npt be secured"

Any ideas?
