Be aware of the change in version .370 having to do with the elimination of a (LF) on a mnemonics-only PRINT line. My Windows laser forms work as follows, using OP Pick Ticket form as an example.
OP starts up and, prior to printing the order variable data, I ENTER
my CFORM program for the sole purpose of setting the font for the variable data. This is usually Courier New, fixed width font, with a
fairly stock height & width. I print my variable data for the page,
and when done I ENTER my CForm program to print the template such as boxes, headings, barcodes, logos, etc. When done there, I re-set the
variable data font as the last thing before EXITing, I form-feed and
grab the next order. That routine setting the variable data font is
a mnemonics-only PRINT. Thus, my first end-user that was upgraded to
.370 yesterday called up and had to have an extra (LF) inserted into
the format that prints the first fields up on top of the form.
