CFileServe didn't change for the 3.05 release so we didn't bump its version number. It is exactly the same as the 3.04 release. CSecSrv did change.
The 03.05 version number you see on QMONITOR tells you which version of REL you are running. The version number you see in QTILITY tells you which version of UTL you are running. MTB displays its own verion number and only changes when MTB actually changes. I hope this isn't too confusing.
