MFC71.DLL Problem

Upgraded customer from 365 to 369 last Sunday. Updated UTL, REL etc to latest. They have Win98se workstations. My half dozen or so "direct" programs that do ListView began erroring with "COSC caused an invalid page fault in module MFC71.DLL at 0167:7c1cb795". See attached screen shot.

The ListView programs are ENTER'd via a hyperlink and are exited by pressing ENTER or clicking CLOSE. The error happens on exit. You can ENTER/EXIT a few times or as many as thirty times before the error.

MFC71.DLL is dated 3/18/03, version 7.10.3077.0. This is the same as the DLL on my XP laptop. And, as usual, I can't reproduce the problem on my XP laptop.

I'd like to take them back to 365 to solve the problem. Do I also need to retro REL, UTL, and CSP? Do I need to reinstall 365 on each workstation or just install in on the server?
