Brian is looking at the changes he made to cosc. I suspect he is using some sort of windows call that is only available in windows NT systems. That would eliminate windows 98. We will fix this some way.
This is an indication that we probably cannot support windows 98 systems in Comet 2007, especially if we move toward support for 64 bit systems.
