I have a client moving comet from an old server to a new blade server. The old server used the parallel port dongle the new one now uses the USB dongle.
He informs me that he loaded the Comet software, the USB drivers from cbsetup and placed the license.txt in the proper location but when he goes to start Csecsrv he gets the following msg.
"An Error occured location a security module. The module could not be identified, connected to any parallel port. Abort, Retry, Ignore."
He indicated that he did execute the uninstall first.
I am currently on the road so I do not have access to all of my resources. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
