Found what's up. Probably a Signature thing. Any software that is not digitally signed flunks the Windows XP security check and the Are you sure dialog box comes up...... Just came back from GOOGLE and found Jim/Brian have to use something called Microsoft Cryptographic Application Programming Interface (CryptoAPI) or Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider which is downloaded free on Microsoft's web site.
This is over my head, bouncing the ball to Jim/Brian...
