First I created K:\2005\wdl. Then I qdirbld the wdl directory. Asked to create a empty directory and I said yes.

Then I downloaded the two zip files. I unzipped the two zipped files into K:\2005\wdl.

I see the files there, but I am still getting the same error messages.
