Using long file names when generating a full Windows path that includes the actual file name with the (FindNextFile) mnemonic. Taking this long name and using Open DOS File ax$="@3D42@" and DOSFC yields file not found. For the old DOS functions, they only support short names, right?
Discovered this at the command prompt also. Try a COPY from one long path to another. Command prompt can't find it...
