I use IBHELP.CHM alot and in that help file the description of (FileStatus) is weak. Documentation on the website for me is difficult to use as you are always pointed to the same web page. Do a search on (FileStatus) and almost every search item points to the same page where the results field is not defined. The closest it comes to is the FILEFUNC.IBS file which is another story. I'll be taking the time to re-write the code from the FUNCFILE.IBS example so I can study explicitly the (FileStatus) mnemonic. I've noticed in the source code that you should be able to determine if a path is a directory. The example program does not show this when you run it, though the formats are in there. As for your link above, click it and review all the details mentioned about the RESULTS field. It's not there...
