I made a test copy of cosh for you to try. It can be found in ... download/mailboxes/testcosh372.zip. Unzip this over top of the Comet 2006 371 workstation install. This changes xap to do windows I/o not CFAM I/O for all merge and send controls.
I think this will solve your problems. I still do not understand why 371 did not work. We need to pursue this further.
