I made a new IPL program (QIPL1) that enters QIPL. I also modified QIPL so that if entered and there are still sessions active, it will exit. When no sessions are active, it will shut down comet.

If you change your keyfiles to run qipl1 not qipl, this should do exactly what you requested.

Unzip the attached into your rel dir and register qipl1 as an object.
