CometServe lock out

Server was rebuilt after a disk crash and Comet went online 2/13/06. On 5/5, 5/10, and 5/30 the users got locked out and couldn't connect to 11752.

CFamNetServeLog shows a whole series of the following ...

05/30/06 08:15:11 2500: CThreadPoolWorkerThread::Shutdown

just before the lockout is discovered.
