I am configuring a Dell 1710 Laser printer to replace an Epson Lx-300 in our sites.
I've added this to COSW.INI:
[Printers]
Default=Dell Laser Printer 1710
[Printer Fonts]
Dell Laser Printer 1710 Font-0 = Courier New, 12, 17,500
Dell Laser Printer 1710 Font-1 = Courier New, 12, 17,500
Dell Laser Printer 1710 Font-2 = Courier New, 12, 17,500
and this to my CFIStore.ini file (This is the file we use to generate the Comet.cfg file).
[PRINTERS]
Printer = LP1,w ,N, ,Dell Laser Printer 1710,,;
It works pretty well but the longer the report and possibly the more minus signs it has in the output (minus signs show negative numbers) the more likely I am to see random "U"s in the output, missing characters and characters written over already printed text. What do I need to look at in Comet (if anything) to fix this?
