I did a little test. I started Comet and, whaddayaknow, it started minimized. I never noticed or cared. Right click on the icon and changed the properties to start maximized. Restarted Comet and it started full screen. Not desireable for me, but for others it might be. Then I changed the properties to start as a "Normal Window". Normal is like "regular" -- regular coffee, regular telephone, regular gasoline.
Any how, now Comet starts in a normal window!
