Downgrading a comet installation

I put down 371 at a customer's site....they called and said the printers are adding a form feed. I try to revert them back to c2k4.354 and it won't take. They are running comet.exe and the executables are copied to each workstation when launched...do I have to go to each workstation to clear out their temp directories of .371?
