Ampersand problem

See attached screen shot.

I'm doing an alpha look up and selected a customer with an ampersand in the name ("Smith & Jones"). Comet and/or Windows converts the ampersand to an underscore and one of the spaces is deleted.

Another Example, "D&D" changes to "DD" with the underscore under the second "D".
