My experience with error 94 always requires Utility Option #38 rebuild the QDIR file. This pretty much happens every time Comet is open and the server crashes for power failure, etc.... And if the file that crashes pretty much has to be recreated. However, the systems that have UPS systems on the server this is very seldom a problem and there is no excuse for not having a UPS system on the server or workstations these days because the cost is minimum.
