The user addresses in your error message don't match exactly the current source so I can't be certain where the error is occurring. If you could install the latest REL and then recapture the error message, that would be a help. Also, are they trying to unspool only a single job or are they selecting multiple jobs? Are they attempting to print the whole job or a range of pages?
