RAW printing in VB.NET

I've been toying with VB .NET and been trying to find how to print RAW data to a Windows printer. Looks like most VB stuff uses the equivalent of the DrawText in Comet.

I know we can print RAW to a Windows printer. Comet does it. I just don't know how... I suspect I would need a DLL or a module written in C++. Unfortunately my knowledge of C++ is nill.

Can anyone give me pointers? Any help would be appreciated.
