Couple of years ago we modified the FaxDrivers to allow Comet to talk to AcrobatReader through DDE calls.
In order to run we use the DDE.Control "LOADDRIVER".
It has been working fine since then. Last week we transfered the Comet executables and the DDE drivers from our Novell Server to a Windows 2003 Server.
Now we get an Excp=29 everytime we try to load the DDE Driver. With exactly the same configuration we can run from the Novell but not so from Windows.
We are running latest of everything including Comet 2006.372 on both servers. We run Comet through a shortcut that points to Cosw.exe on the servers. The DDE drivers are on the same folder as cosw.exe and we have admin rights to the server.
What's wrong ?
