I ordered the CD off the website. Costs about $10 with shipping. It requires activation, but it is licensed for use on 10 PC's until about a year from now. I was getting my ass kicked on installation (blue screened). I went into the bios and disabled hyperthfreading on the CPU, and it installed perfectly after that. You may want to try ordering the CD vs. the download.
