The CED documentation is incorporated into the CED help. To configure properly, run CED and type 'I L' (which stands for Install Local) and hit Enter on the first two screens and select CED Help Type 1 which is the CED 503 Help.
The CED documentation is the first two pages of topic in the help menu (pressing F1 at any time). The MTB documentation follows.
Remember that the MTB documentation is as it was last published in 1994. There is a link to the Signature web site to get latest & greatest documentation for IB. CED Version 4.01 points to the proper web address.
