Be careful of a couple of things. First, Comet 2002 does not run on Windows 2003 Server. The server products will, but you won't be able to run Comet itself. Check the site link below to check version compatibility for the workstations.
Also, since they'll be using type "S" directories on Comet 2002 you can't use the latest version of CS32. You should use version 5.08 instead.
Don't forget to get their license certificate changed so it has CS32 licenses. And be sure to make the necessary changes to their Comet.ini file.
That's all I can think of off hand, but I can assure you we have not tested Comet 2002 with the 5.08 file server.
