Reported this before. Same occassional error since Comet 2004. A small extended window is closing. No idea what COSW is doing so I haven't been able to change the program.
This time I noticed that there was a DEBUG button. Feeling brave, I clicked it a got some additional screens (see screen shots).
Don't know if you even want us to get the DEBUG option.
