My customer has two CA machines in a remote site. Each machine needs to print to its own printer. Machine 1 has printer 1 as its default, the INI uses the # and Machine 1 prints to printer 1. Machine 2 has printer 2 as its default (we also tried selecting the appropriate printer in the drop down list) but it does not print. Comet does not object; no error message . Just that nothing happens at the printer.
I am at a loss as to how to diagnose or fix this.
