Well, you have me stumped. All I think of now is to send you a special diagnostic version of the file server that will add additional messages to the log file so I can determine if we're receiving an error on the erase. Give me a call at (925)560-6450 if you'd like to try this.

Also, it appears from your log that you are logging some activity to the Comet Serve console. Check to be sure that "Show None" is selected on the messages tab when we're not doing diagnostics. Writing the activity to the window does effect performance.
