Qantel Conversion

A Qantel user has approached me about converting to Comet. Unfortunately, they do not have all of their source. I remember at the Vegas meeting something about Comet no longer run QIC objects. If this is correct, what version of Comet (2004, 2005, 2006, 200?) will no longer execute QIC objects.

Also,

Does anybody out their have a QIC object to a Source de-compilor?
