Print Job Put on hold Novell NW 4.11 C2002 WinXP

when printing to a network printer from Comet2002 on Windows XP the job is put on hold at the sever.

can someone explain ?

also, when comet2002 on WinXP tries to access the Spool it freezes it up for everyone
