#2. I suspect that the problem is that your type 'N' directory is on a mapped drive. When Comet is running as a service (same a CFileSrv), we do not "see" mapped drives. If this is the case, try using a UNC instead.

#3. Something is very wrong if the tray utility allowed you to try and start Comet As Service when it was already running. I'll investigate this also.
