Willie:

This is odd since LUN 3 is used for a temporary work file whose name should begin with the name of the spool. Your error message indicates the file being opened is "Q". This name is preserved in COMMON between overlays of the spooler programs. Does it only happen if the user has done a "View" first? or another "Print"? If so, is it possible the QSPOOL overlays are not all from the same REL version? Might want to check for them on other dirs.
