What does this message mean?

Comet Utility Console - Version 1.06
Processing command file: D:\Comet\GHM\GHT\KA.IBS
D:\Comet\GHM\GHT\KA.IBS: error: No Comet directory matches command file path

I see the DIR at the READY: and I can compile with MTB. Option 19, WHEREIS, is happy enough.
What am I missing??
