It sounds like one of the programs that are starts as part of CAS (CometAsService) is failing. What do you see running in Task Manager (look for Comet, Cosw, Cosc, etc.)? Could you also send me the CometAsService.ini file? Is CometServices also installed on this computer? If not, it should be.
