Unfortunately for Novell, they seem to have lost the battle of the file systems and that "trickles down" to Signature Systems as no new sales of the NLM product. Therefore all work and support go into the CS32 product where demand remains strong. Over the transition period we did offer some pretty good incentives for customers to switch, and many did. In the new 2004 subscription model, we will offer a discounted price for the switch, and that pricing should be announced shortly.
