New releases of REL, UTL, and XTL are now available. The new EmailPtr DES program that works with smtp servers that require authentication has been added to REL. In addition, a sample test program has been added to XTL that shows you how you can test authentication outside of the email printer program. The program is called EmailTst.ibs.
The UTL release includes a correction to the RENAME utility. Previously if filenames in a specified range contained extensions, the utility did not work properly.
